Each month during the season we produce a newsletter (The PASTIL-originally standing for “Plymouth Argyle Supporters Trapped in Lancashire”) which includes news, opinion, feature articles and match reports as well as competitions and a travel guide for all away matches. It is available by e-mail or in a professionally printed form. Use the link to the left to view sample pages.
Additionally, e-mail updates are issued at regular intervals to ensure members receive the latest news. We often have a pre-arranged ‘watering hole’ to meet in before many away games as well
If you need a lift or want to share travel expenses we have members spread far and wide who may be able to help. As a member we can often assist you in getting tickets for away matches (where ticketing is limited) though we also have a special scheme in conjunction with PAFC (requires PAFC membership as well) which you can join, giving you the opportunity to reserve any away ticket in advance (where tickets are made available by the away venue). These are normally in a block so that you can meet, and sit with, other Northern Branch members.
If you are an ‘exile’ in the North of England (and that’s anywhere North or East of Bristol to us !) or anywhere else for that matter, and would like more details of membership then we will be pleased to hear from you.
